About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone and email communication to all clients
  • Ensure the office reception and meeting rooms are maintained and set up for business meetings when required
  • Respond to customer enquiries, data entry, digital and paper filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Provide assistance to a range of team members within the firm in a confidential manner
  • Attend to Mail, Post and Banking tasks, Manage Office Stationary

What we’re looking for:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude, and organizational skills
  • Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions, ability to work autonomously or within a team environment
  • Tech savvy – familiar with MS Word, email suites and basic IT skills
  • Confident to engage with customers via face to face, phone and email
