About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice Gardener/Landscaper to join our team at Brighton Hotel – MGallery Collection, in Brighton-Le-Sands, NSW. The role will support the upkeep and enhancement of the hotel’s gardens, grounds, and outdoor areas within a premium 5-star resort environment. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing your apprenticeship, working closely with our landscaping and maintenance teams across all aspects of horticulture and groundskeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of landscaped gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas
• Support planting, pruning, watering, and fertilising programs
• Assist with pest and weed control as required
• Maintain garden equipment and ensure all tools are safe and in good working order
• Follow instructions from senior gardeners and team leaders, and adhere to safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to ensure the hotel grounds are always presentable and guest-ready

About You:

• Passionate about horticulture, landscaping, and outdoor work
• Eager to learn and develop practical gardening and landscaping skills
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive, proactive attitude and a team player
