You will work full-time (Mon-Fri) gaining hands-on, practical experience and you will also complete a NATIONALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION online during working hours! Most importantly, you will GET PAID all at the same time!

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Providing customer service over the phone and by email
• Support customers with general repair related enquiries
• Maintaining appointment bookings to meet and maintain service levels.

Successful candidates will need to be:

• Confident in their written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about customer service and have previously worked in customer service in either hospitality or retail
• Organised and can manage their time effectively
• A team player
• Reliable and diligent
