HunterNet Career Connections, in partnership with our host company, is seeking a motivated Trainee Storeperson to join the team in Paget.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in supply chain operations. Successful candidates will complete a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, a nationally recognised qualification, while gaining valuable hands-on experience over a 24-month traineeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Operate a forklift and overhead crane
  • Receipt and inspect incoming goods
  • Maintain accurate ERP records
  • Register and track receipts and dispatches
  • Identify parts, job locations, and inventory items
  • Monitor inventory, including conducting stocktakes
  • Prepare dispatches and coordinate shipping and courier collections
  • Arrange internal stock movements
  • Ensure proper storage of dangerous goods
  • Assist service technicians as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse, workshop, and facility

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid NSW driver’s license and reliable transport
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Punctual and reliable
